Registration

The registration deadline is the 15th of January.
Please complete ALL forms for the registration for all delegates in order to help with the home stays that we will be working on in February.
All payments must also be completed by the 15th of January. All payments should include all banking fees at both ends.

Accomodation Hotel Information
The student Conference Organising Committee set up between the host schools has arranged discounted conference rates at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, conveniently located in the centre of all conference activities. Transportation for adult delegates for all activities throughout the conference will be only available to and from this hotel. The hotel costs between $ 120 - $ 170 per night, depending on the room selected. For more information please click on the following link:

Accommodations at the Crowne Plaza must be made before January 2nd 2019 in order to get the discount.

Payment Details
Details for payment will be outlined on your invoice.
Please reference your payment with an invoice number/purpose of payment or the school name in order to help us crediting the transfer into the right account.

Cancellation Policy
By signing and returning the Letter of Commitment you have formally committed your schools’ attendance at the 2019 Round Square Regional Conference and the number of delegates you intend to bring.

You will be charged by the host schools for the number of delegates you have indicated in your Letter of Commitment and payment will be required before the outlined deadlines.

If for any reason, you need to cancel or amend your booking you must send an email to Myriam Parodi at RSRC2019@RSRC2019.ORG

We recommend that in order to avoid losing out, you replace delegates who are no longer able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Please remember, the conference fee is only transferable to a substitute from the same school. Transfers are only allowed from student to student and/or from adult to adult.  

Registration for the conference will close on 15th January and all payments are expected before 15th January.     

The cancellation schedule is as follows:
Cancellations made before Monday  January 21st , 2019 will receive a 50% refund (please note host Schools will be on administrative holidays until  Thursday 10th January, 2019)
Cancellations made before Thursday 31st January will receive a 25% refund and after Friday 1st February no refunds will be issued.

 

 

Transport
We recommend arrivals before 10:00 am on Wednesday 10th April and departures after 4:00 pm on April 17th. Opening ceremony starts at 1pm and Closing Ceremony ends at 1pm.

Art Competition
Would you like to create a design that is left as a lasting memory of the 2019 Round Square Conference in Lima?  We are looking for twelve amazing designs for one of the activities during the week but we need you to help us!

 

The Task is to create and submit a graphic design which represents one of these or both:
(i)     the ideals of Round Square
(ii)    the theme of the conference “together into the unknown”

Criteria

• Maximum of 8 colours:  red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange, black and white.
• Able to be reproduced on merchandise so simple but effective.
